BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The Bills activated wide receiver Sammy Watkins off injured reserve Saturday.Watkins returned to practice this week after missing two months due to lingering pain in his left foot following April surgery to repair a stress fracture.Buffalo (5-5) hosts Jacksonville (2-8) on Sunday.Watkins had six receptions for 63 yards in the first two games before going on injured reserve.
